We are seeking a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Analyst to join our Property & Asset Management team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client money bank account reconciliations in compliance with RICS Members' Accounts Rules (MAR), as well as monitoring and resolving reconciliation-related queries in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate reconciliation of all client money bank accounts in accordance with the RICS MAR and established completion schedules. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes for daily monitoring of client money bank accounts to identify potential RICS MAR breaches. Assist in reviewing bank reconciliations prepared by team members and contribute to the reporting of potential RICS MAR breaches through monthly KPIs using agreed-upon formats. Promptly report identified potential breaches on client money bank accounts to the relevant Client Team Manager and oversee resolution of these issues. Demonstrate innovation and problem-solving skills in daily activities to improve processes and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and advanced proficiency in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization, flexibility, and attention to detail Experience in reconciliation preparation (preferred) Comprehensive understanding of RICS MAR and client accounting functions The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance in financial reconciliation processes.
