Financial Planning Administrator | Permanent | Bushey |£30-33k depending on background| We are seeking a skilled and committed Financial Planning Administrator to join our clients expanding team. Our client who offers a range of Financial Planning Services are a well-established company based in Bushey. The Financial Planning Administrator will provide administrative support in all aspects of day-to-day running of the business The Benefits Package: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, shut down over Christmas, 4 Growth days Paid time off to do something to better yourself, 6 Care days Paid time off to care for those closest to you, Flexible Working Pattern, Employee Assistance Programme The Basics Financial Planning Administrator Salary starts from £30,000 Mon Fri 9am 5pm with Core working hours 10- 4 (7hrs a day work with 1hr lunch break) Flexi-time available The Responsibilities - Client Administration, Reviews and General Administration Create and maintain accurate client records on back-office systems, platforms and any other IT systems e.g. cashflow & risk profiler Prepare client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings as per business processes Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner, to the firms standards Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures Ensure all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards Prepare client review documentation as per the Annual Review Process Support FPs in delivery of reviews, if needed Answer, screen and forward incoming calls Ensure back-office systems are kept up to date, record and reconcile fees Open, scan, log and allocate incoming post Other duties as directed by management Comply with relevant compliance, T&C, data protection & financial crime procedures/requirements The Skills & Requirements: Proven background in a financial administration Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable and collaborative Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organised, methodical and disciplined Show initiative and take personal responsibility for completing tasks An openness to flexibility within the role with a positive attitude whilst being a team player Lemoncloud prides itself on partnering with places of work that encourage diversity, equality, and inclusion.
