We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Westlake, OH. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
* Pay: $24-$28/hr to start!
* 6-month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
* Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Hybrid!
* Position will mainly be responsible for acting as a single point of contact, ensuring a customer-centric approach in daily interactions. Build trust through regular communication, addressing commercial, supply, and application inquiries, and gathering feedback to enhance satisfaction.
* Position will also be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer Service functions, collaborating closely with internal teams (CSX, CoE, GBS+) to meet customer expectations, and supporting the implementation of customer experience initiatives and process improvements.
* Additional responsibilities include utilizing CRM systems (SAP & Service Cloud) for data entry and follow-up, tracking performance against KPIs, and actively contributing to enhancing workflows, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma is Required.
* 2+ Years of experience in Customer Service supporting B2B, preferably in Supply Chain or Sales Operations, is Required.
* Experience providing end-to-end, full-cycle sale support is Required.
* Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Cloud-based systems (i.e. Service Cloud) and IT applications is Preferred.
