The Part-Time Financial Controller will grow the finance function of this rapidly growing manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic insight into financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Client Details Our client is a small, rapidly-growing manufacturing business. They are recognised for their premium products and have strong base of corporate clients and a strong pipeline of ongoing business. Description Develop the accounting and finance function Develop and implement financial strategies, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Work closely with the executive team to develop strategic financial plans. Manage financial risk, budgets and cashflow forecasts Implement and manage financial systems and software, including Xero. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks. Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company. Profile The successful Part-Time Financial Controller should have: A proven track record in a similar role within the construction/manufacturing industry. Demonstrated skills working with contractors. Excellent debtors management and invoicing skills. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in financial software, notably Xero. Excellent communication and strategic planning skills. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Job Offer An annual basic pro-rated salary up to a Full-Time Equivalent of £85,000.
