* Providing support to members of the Sales team
* Receiving and processing new / used machine sales orders
* Liaising with the depot workshops, parts departments and 3rd party suppliers
* Raising purchase orders / DTS requests
* Monitoring machine costs and margins
* Contribute to the overall success of Greenshields JCB Limited through teamwork and good communication within the Company.
Skills and Qualifications for the Sales Support Co-ordinator:
* Proficient with Office applications; advanced Excel would be advantageous
* Good level of numeracy
* Previous experience within a sales support role is desirable
* Personable, presentable and articulate
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent written communication
* Excellent attention to detail
* Has a ‘problem-solving’ mindset
* Strong team player
