The Role:
The role itself will be station based. You will be working at Wakefield Westgate Station and your job purpose will be to provide customer assistance to all customers. Now this can consist of things such as:
- Helping passengers embark and disembark the train with a ramp
- Directing people around the station
- Answering questions about train times and journeys
- Keeping the station looking presentable for public use
- Liaising with other station staff, asking them what needs to be done – offering a hand when needed
For this role, the start date will be the 15th of December and the last day will be 5th January.

Requirements:
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test – cannot have consumed any recreational or non-prescribed drugs within the last 6 months
• Happy to help mentality/attitude
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
