Essential Job Functions Project Coordination & Delivery: Oversee installations, ensuring timely execution in alignment with strategic planning, priorities and customer scope. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for both customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Senior Level Reporting: Provide high-level project updates to senior stakeholders, including SteerCo participation and executive summaries. Performance Oversight: Drive installation team efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard while proactively resolving delays. Risk & Issue Management: Identify deviations from plan, escalate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity. Project Documentation & Reporting: Capture and maintain key documentation, including scope, delivery plans, risk registers, and lessons learned. Efficiency & Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to streamline on-site activities, reducing time on customer sites while maintaining quality. Customer Communication: Ensure regular face-to-face and virtual touchpoints with clients, providing structured updates and managing expectations. Project Management System Utilization: Track and maintain all project activities within a centralized project management tool, ensuring transparency and visibility. On-Site Presence & Leadership: Travel to customer sites to oversee installation progress, address challenges, and drive efficiency. Experience & Qualifications Required 2 successful years in project coordination or project management, preferably in industrial or asset management sectors. Strong executive reporting and presentation skills, with experience providing concise high-level summaries to senior stakeholders. Fluent English & French communication (written & verbal) is essential Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities. Understanding of Project Management frameworks and methodologies (AgilePM, Prince2, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar beneficial). Data-driven mindset, capable of analysing reports, and tracking against targets. Experience working on industrial hardware installation projects, asset management, or technology-driven solutions beneficial. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, able to think critically and drive results. Comfortable with frequent travel across EMEA, with a mindset focused on getting the job done efficiently.
