As the Catering Assistant, you will be in a varied role as part of a busy team. You will provide a friendly welcoming service to our customers. Your duties will include:
1. Making drinks and serving food to the highest standards.
2. Carrying out cleaning duties.
3. Undertaking record temperature checks while ensuring high standards of food hygiene are maintained.
4. Ensuring customers are served promptly and efficiently.
5. Complying with financial and cash handling procedures.
Aurora complex is a very busy site, and you will be required to work within a busy environment alongside an award-winning team.

Previous catering experience is essential, and Level 1 or 2 in food safety is desirable.
