Job Description
Your role will involve:
* Working alongside the commercial team to ensure all commercial elements of the job are in place and adhered to, allowing the projects to run as smoothly as possible.
* Negotiation with clients and the supply chain.
* Relationship building.
* Liaising with the client and contractors.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you will already have experience working in a similar role and possess knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, BoQs, and schedules of rates, as well as experience working on frameworks and closely with clients and local authorities. You will be comfortable working both on-site and in the office, with some hybrid working; however, a significant amount of the role will involve being out on-site and working as part of the wider team.
