1. Innovative Teaching: Adopt relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and enhance the achievement of all students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
2. Inclusive Learning: Promote and facilitate inclusion by encouraging the participation of all students in learning activities.
3. Classroom Support: Assist class teachers in maintaining good order and discipline amongst students.
4. Resource Management: Organise and manage the teaching space, developing resources to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
5. Student Assessment: Observe and assess student performance, providing valuable feedback to teachers.
6. Small Group Instruction: Lead small group and one-on-one teaching sessions, and cover classes as needed under supervision.
