Location: Kirmond-Le-Mire, Market Rasen, North Lincolnshire Office-based (with travel for events and client visits)
Hours: Full-time or flexible hours

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for an equestrian enthusiast with a background in sales and marketing. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and overseeing marketing activities, including social media management and event representation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit new and existing clients to promote our products and strengthen relationships.
2. Manage and grow Baillie Haylage’s social media presence (content creation, scheduling, engagement, and advertising).
3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, sponsorships, and promotions.
4. Handle customer enquiries, process sales orders, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
5. Liaise with both couriers, Baillie Haylage lorries and customers to coordinate deliveries and logistics.
6. Contribute to website updates where necessary.
Skills & Experience
1. Equestrian background (professional or personal).
2. Experience in sales and/or marketing.
3. Experience managing social media pages for a business.
4. Willingness to travel for events and client visits (a valid driver’s license is essential).
5. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work as both part of a team and upon own initiative.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to problem solve and adopt a flexible approach.
Highly Advantageous:
1. Experience with social media advertising and marketing campaigns.
2. Previous experience with SAGE or similar systems.
Training can be given where necessary, skills can be gained and it’s more important to have a positive outlook and willingness to learn!
