Welsh Medium Teacher

Full-time: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £165 per day
Teaching Personnel is proud to partner of a number of Welsh Medium Primary School in RCT and Caerphilly to recruit a fully-qualified Welsh-speaking teachers to join their dedicated teams.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an ideal start date of 6th January 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver inclusive lessons for students in your class.
* Promote and support the use of Welsh throughout the school day.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Organise and mark student work, tracking both academic progress and social development.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, keeping accurate records of achievements.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent Welsh speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Welsh and English.
* Strong understanding of diverse learning needs and effective teaching strategies to support student progress.
* Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Patient, empathetic, and composed, even in challenging situations.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
