Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer: • Full time role typically 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon-Thurs (flexibility on start and finish times if required) and a 1:30pm finish each Friday • 25 days annual leave bank holidays extra gifted day and employee engagement days • Annual company bonus • Company pension • Healthcare cash plan • Gym membership • Cycle to work • Company events, team building and charity involvement • Ongoing support, training and development as required Your New Role as Finance Manager: Working in a team of 4-5 finance staff, this role reports to an engaging Head of Finance and specific duties will include: • Engagement with a variety of senior stakeholders to support strategic decision making in the provision of financial information and essential insights • Production of monthly management accounts in accordance with Group requirements • Analysis on variances with commentary • Provide insight and analysis of manufacturing and supply chain costs to include labour costs, material costs and efficiencies. • Ensuring product costing (BOMs and standard costing) are accurate, managing the costing system • Responsible for all overhead reporting and analysis • Management of stock as required • Support the annual budget process with sales, margin and cost detail Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply: The successful candidate will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA), with a background in the manufacturing sector and significant exposure to standard costing systems and manufacturing BOMs. The ideal candidate will be career driven, keen to develop into a more senior role with sufficient support from the Head of Finance and wider team. Proven ability to influence and drive change is desirable as this role offers the opportunity to add value through reviewing and streamlining existing processes and systems.
