Role: Volunteer Digital Content Creator (Learning & Development)

Role Summary:
Our Learning & Development team are in a period of transformation and digitisation, eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new LMS. We would love your support in helping us revolutionise the way we provide learning and development content at Seashell. We welcome any availability to support our transformation and would be happy to discuss following an expression of interest.
Details of this opportunity:
1. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that training content is innovative, accessible, and impactful.
2. You will work on specific training projects supporting different business areas including but not limited to onboarding and induction, leadership and management development.
3. Designing and producing engaging, high-quality digital training materials that increases learning transfer and performance. These materials will support our L&D delivery across various channels (videos, infographics, e-learning modules and other interactive resources), complementing traditional classroom-based sessions.
4. Design digital learning resources, acting as an internal consultant to the subject matter experts who need content developing.
5. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our content remains relevant and continuously evolves to meet the needs of our services.
6. Create interactive, scenario-based learning experiences that reflect the working environment for our contact teams here at Seashell.
7. Work closely with the team to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into our blended learning programmes.
