About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team in our Nottingham office. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive hearing test bookings, support new store openings, and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of customer minds. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by implementing local marketing campaigns, managing point-of-sale materials, and working on creative strategies that resonate with our customers.

As a Brand Manager, you will:
* Implement local marketing campaigns to drive hearing test bookings and brand awareness.
* Collaborate with external agencies, cross-functional teams, and partners to execute marketing activities.
* Manage the creation, organisation, and distribution of point-of-sale materials and printed collateral.
* Support Regional Managers with marketing and PR activity for new store openings.
* Use data to analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for future improvements.
* Handle marketing administration tasks such as raising purchase orders, checking invoices, and managing marketing queries.
* Ensure timely responses to store requests for printed materials through a ticketing system.
Person Specification:
* Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Consumer-centric mindset, with a passion for putting the customer first when developing marketing communications.
* Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including local marketing and PR.
* Proven experience in organising printed materials and managing projects on time and within budget.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both cross-functionally and with external partners.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to work with data to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
* At least 3 years of marketing experience.
