Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities. Typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

Shifts run between: 08:00 - 16:30 from Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Main Responsibilities
* Looking after the camp's general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
* Cleaning offices, communal facilities, and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and shower blocks.
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
* General building maintenance and repairs.
* Basic grounds maintenance.
* Complete all relevant documentation utilizing both IT and paper-based systems.
* Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
* General housekeeping, caretaking, DIY, and maintenance skills.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures.
* Ability to complete documentation.
* Basic IT skills with the ability to use a tablet.
* Licence not essential but desired to drive company vehicles.
