Our client is an £multi-million turnover brand who are independently owned and committed to their vision. Their products are much loved and they have a loyal following.
They are now looking for a creative and strategic CRM Manager to report into the Head of Marketing, to help with their continued growth:
The Role
1. Develop CRM Strategy and implementation in line with overall brand objectives.
2. Deliver innovative CRM campaigns which excite the customer across email, SMS, Push etc.
3. Manage and deliver customer loyalty programs to increase engagement, LTV and re-engagement.
4. Partner with colleagues in marketing, digital and tech to ensure streamlined communication throughout the whole customer journey.
5. Find new ways to enhance CRM strategies and processes to improve efficiency, conversion and customer satisfaction.
6. Use customer data to segment and personalise campaigns to drive engagement.
7. Build customer personas based on behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.
8. Monitor and report on performance, using actionable insight to inform future campaigns.
9. Carry out A/B testing to ensure continuous improvement in channel performance.
The Person
1. An established CRM Manager or Senior Exec with creative ideas, looking for an autonomous role.
2. Experience managing CRM in an ecommerce / retail environment.
3. A blend of data driven mindset with a real eye for creative.
