What the Import and Export Sales Administrator job involves
* Processing quotes and customer orders accurately into the CRM/Finance system
* Providing customers with the highest level of service and communication
* Manage the administration paperwork Sales Orders Purchase Orders Sales Return Orders
* Work closely with colleagues on site, freight forwarders, and external warehouses to raise and release orders, amend information if required, and communicate with Customers, Operations, Freight Forwarders, and Account Managers.
* Ensure completion of all import and export shipping documentation in line with internal, customer, and government requirements.
* Supporting and assisting other departments as required.
