Taskforce Field Marketing is looking to expand their network of retail merchandisers to support in-store product campaign requirements for our varied customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity to add variety to an existing portfolio for already established freelance merchandisers and is not a full-time role. Calls may be scheduled on a one-off or regular basis as determined by the nature of the campaign and usually require 1-2 hours of in-store support per visit across weekly/monthly call schedules. This can also be extended to half/full day support requirements.
Travel will be required as dictated by store location per campaign.
Typical Responsibilities:
1. Work to bespoke step-by-step briefs provided by Taskforce based on individual client and campaign requirements.
2. Tidy displays and implement client planograms, including stock relocation, ensuring correct labelling/pricing, etc.
3. Count and report stock levels, replenishment and stock rotation.
4. POS changeover/set-up.
5. Coordinate brief requirements alongside store contact and report/escalate any challenges to Taskforce.
6. Accurate, thorough and timely reporting of all activities via the online reporting tool utilised by Taskforce.
Key Requirements:
1. High level interpersonal skills and initiative.
2. Able to travel to various store locations (the parameters of which will determine the amount of work available).
3. Access to either a smartphone or computer in order to complete reporting via online tool.
4. Ability to take good quality photographs (smartphone/camera) for upload as part of online reporting requirements.
5. Experience in the following will also be beneficial: POS, retail changeovers, installations and reviews.
Fuel costs can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, depending on mileage.
