CREATIVE PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Creative Production Executive. You will be willing to learn and will not be afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair with an eye for aesthetics. Previous production and/or photography experience is welcome but not essential. You will have strong commercial acumen, be adept at working with tight budgets, and be happy to negotiate rates with suppliers. You will be organised and able to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines. The role involves time on set, you will be happy to travel to shoot locations and occasionally work long-hours. Support the production manager to plan and execute ad-hoc production projects for our clients: The role of the production team is to translate a creative concept into a tangible, deliverable photoshoot You will be given a production budget and will be responsible for identifying the best and most cost-effective way to deliver the creative concept You will plan and source all the resources we require to execute the client’s brief On shoot days you are responsible for the smooth running of the day, ensuring that the team follow the brief and that timings are adhered to Depending on the scope of the project, you may be required to source locations, models, actors, props, accommodation, transport, catering etc. You will negotiate with suppliers and stick to tight budgets On set, you will need to support the creative director/photographer/videographer. This will involve a wide variety of tasks, for example set dressing, fetching and carrying props, steaming garments etc. You will be able to deliver complex projects on time and on budget You will be a hard-worker and not adverse to working long hours when on set Managing shoots on behalf of our always-on (retained) clients: Responsible for ensuring we deliver high quality social media content on time Working from a brief, you will identify what resources we need to execute the shots You will ensure everything arrives at the studio on time and is easily accessible for the photographer You will support the photographer on set with composition, set dressing and general ‘runner’ duties Key Responsibilities: Preparing and planning everything required to deliver a photoshoot – static or moving Planning for the shoots Working on potential model recruiting Using your creativity to identify the resources needed to turn a creative concept into reality Sourcing everything needed on time and on budget Working with the production manager to ensure shoot days run smoothly Keeping the studio space tidy and organised What do I need? You’ll be passionate about production and social media You’ll be a hard worker and not afraid to roll your sleeves up – no job is too big or too small Resilience – you need to be able to work hard to get the task done.
