Key Responsibilities: Budget Administration & Planning Oversee IT budget tracking, forecasting, and expenditure control. Procurement & Supplier Management Obtain quotes, manage vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective IT procurement. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Track IT service performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement. IT Asset & License Management Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and compliance requirements. Process & Service Improvement Support the development of IT service strategies, define service levels, and implement process enhancements. Stakeholder Coordination Work collaboratively across teams to align IT operations with business goals and user needs.
