Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Accommodation

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week + half-day weekend work

Travel: Required for multiple sites

A well-established poultry farm is seeking a dedicated Assistant Poultry Farm Manager to support daily farm operations, ensuring high standards of animal welfare, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily care, feeding, and monitoring of poultry, ensuring optimal health and welfare standards.
2. Implement and maintain strict biosecurity measures in line with industry regulations.
3. Monitor bird performance, feed consumption, and health, maintaining accurate records.
4. Conduct regular inspections, ensuring all buildings, equipment, and systems are in working order.
5. Support the recruitment, training, and scheduling of farm staff, ensuring efficient team performance.
6. Manage relationships with feed suppliers, veterinarians, and equipment providers.
