I am working with a client in Leeds who are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is fully office-based on the outskirts of Leeds and offers an hourly rate of £12.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Maintain and update customer records with accurate information.
3. Process orders and manage customer accounts.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
