This role will focus on overseeing the successful execution of infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements while driving efficiency and high-quality project outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.\nManage project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and financial controls.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nOversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.\nProvide regular progress reports and liaise with key stakeholders, including Thames Water and regulatory bodies.\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks while maintaining project quality and performance.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within the water, utilities, or civil engineering sectors.\nStrong understanding of NEC contracts and project governance within regulated industries.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with water utilities or similar clients.\nAbility to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate contractors effectively.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen, ensuring project viability and cost control
