This is a full-time on-site role located in Birmingham for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of contracts, from initiation to renewal or termination. Daily tasks include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. The Contract Manager will also collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and manage contractor relationships by monitoring contract performance and addressing contract-related issues.
Qualifications
* Experience in Contract Management, Negotiation, and Drafting
* Knowledge of Legal and Compliance requirements related to contracts
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Contract Management software
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
* Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
