Key Responsibilities:
As Experience Manager - Visitor Centre Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Welcome Team at Chartwell to provide exceptional experiences for our visitors. This includes day-to-day management of the Visitor Centre, leading a team of Service Assistants, and working closely with property teams to identify and develop fundraising opportunities.

Chartwell is one of the National Trust's most historic properties, attracting national and international visitors. As Experience Manager - Visitor Centre Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver key fundraising and membership targets. You will inspire and engage the Welcome Team to create meaningful moments for new and existing supporters.
Requirements:
1. Good practical experience in visitor business, tourist, heritage, or relevant visitor services environment
2. Naturally curious about people, and with a passion to and experience of delivering the highest standards of customer service
3. Excellent organisational skills
4. Confident leader, adaptable and responsive under pressure
5. Ability to initiate service recovery without senior support
6. Good IT skills (all MS Office)
