The central cross college administration team is seeking to appoint a full time, Permanent, Curriculum Administrator (37 hrs per week) to work at our Rail Academy, Felling, Gateshead.
Summary of main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to internal and external customers as part of the cross college administration team, including reception duties.
To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role
To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment.
An understanding of educational systems and processes would be beneficial.
