Facilities Administrator (Part-Time, Fixed-Term – 1 Year) Global Managed Services Provider | Rugby, Warwickshire We are proud to be partnering with a global managed services provider in their search for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday with two shift options available: 8:00am – 2:30pm or 7:30am – 1:30pm, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance. As a Facilities Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of facilities services. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will help ensure service excellence and compliance across all areas of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Act as a central Administrator supporting the delivery of FM operational SLAs in line with agreed KPIs. Coordinate with FM operations teams and third-party partners to meet service level agreements. Monitor and support activities of third-party maintenance suppliers. Ensure compliance with HSE standards as per company and client policies. Oversee office supplies, post-room activity, and support AV and printer facilities. Manage FM documentation and general office administration. Provide occasional cover for Reception and Reprographics functions. Maintain and manage the Archiving system and processes. You’re confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and have a good understanding of facilities management processes.
