Entry Requirements We welcome applications from new graduates or individuals with experience working with children and young people who may have mental health difficulties (this could include volunteering, practice placements, etc.). There are two training pathways available: Graduate Route (Level 6)Applicants who do not hold an honours degree must have proven success at Level 5 (or part completion of an honours degree). Postgraduate Route (Level 7)Applicants must have an honours degree graded 2:2 or above. Please note, the training course is compulsory, and the selection process will include a joint interview with both the University of Reading and Oxford NHS Foundation Trust. Important Information The position is for a fixed term and will require a break in service of 9 days at the end of the contract and course. After this break, you will be encouraged to apply for any CWP vacancies within the service. The course will start in February 2025. Applicants must be able to travel independently across BSW as needed.
