We are seeking a Head of Technical Services to oversee all aspects of maintenance and technical operations across our portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in maintenance, contract management, financial oversight, and an unwavering commitment to keeping our sites operational and safe.
As Head of Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Maintenance Managers to ensure the smooth operation of all our properties. You’ll work closely with senior management to oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, supplier relationships, and financial controls, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and fixing a kitchen appliance as they are reviewing contracts or leading team meetings. Lead and oversee the maintenance and technical services team to ensure all properties are fully operational and meet the highest standards.
Manage group-wide contracts, suppliers, and contractor databases to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
Oversee and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost efficiencies are identified.
Extensive experience in maintenance and technical services, ideally within the hospitality or hotel sector.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and contract negotiation.
