About you: If you are a well organised individual with excellent customer service skills and with a willingness to learn broadband technology, then this could be the role for you Please note this role is a 3 month fixed term contract initially based in our Kings Hill office Monday-Friday. The role: As a Service Activation Assistant, you will manage our customers through their service activation journey from the point of order to their broadband service to going live. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient activation of services for new and existing customers. Further responsibilities are: Managing customer relationships between the point of sale and the service being active through various means; including phone calls and emails. Sending and tracking our standard communications to customers to keep them up to date on their service installation, and what to expect at each stage. Responding to customer enquiries about their installation. You will be expected to have a good level of IT literacy and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
