Youll also be delivering exceptional customer service to valued residents The New Build Customer Services Manager Role Act as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong resident relationships Oversee new home handovers, inspections, and snagging resolutions Manage tenancies, void processes, and property maintenance efficiently Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and upkeep Conduct weekly site visits, mid-term inspections, and compliance checks Support rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and work with finance teams to maintain occupancy Be flexible with locations and available for out-of-hours support when required The Person Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, new homes construction or facilities management ( Build to Rent experience is a plus ) Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong tenant relationships Motivated to develop, progress, and take ownership of responsibilities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ( essential ) Experience using property management systems ADZN1_UKTJ
