Office Administrator Required Our client is a highly reputable custom joinery firm. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a highly organised, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This is a varied and exciting role offering the opportunity to support multiple departments, including marketing, HR, finance, and procurement. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a keen eye for accuracy, strong communication skills, and an interest in marketing and social media. Full-time position, candidates must live within commutable distance to their site in Halifax. Package: Company pension On-site parking Salary £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Early finish Fridays 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am - 3:30pm Fridays.Office Administrator - Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including marketing, HR, finance, and procurement. Assist in the preparation and management of data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Write and respond to emails, handling correspondence with professionalism and clarity. Support the marketing team with content creation, including social media posts and campaigns. Handle basic HR tasks, including employee records and recruitment coordination. Assist with finance duties such as invoice processing and expense tracking. Support procurement activities, including ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers.Office Administrator - Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role Experience within a manufacturing/construction environment is advantageous Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with data. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is desirable. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
