Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neonatal Unit, ensuring that patient care standards and safety protocols are maintained. Act as a role model for clinical practice, providing guidance and support to junior nurses, allied health professionals, and other team members. Contribute to service development and transformation within the unit, ensuring continuous improvement and adapting to the changing needs of the population.
