Work Dynamics EMEA Head of Marketing:
We’re looking for a marketing leader that can help us drive growth for our Work Dynamics business. This role presents outstanding growth opportunities for the right candidate. The role is responsible for establishing and building our marketing platform to help establish JLL’s place in the Enterprise real estate space. It’s responsible for demonstrating how JLL can help leaders and decision makers at the largest firms in the world develop their real estate position and leverage the JLL platform. These are diverse audiences and businesses that have different buying journeys and motives, and the role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to have a significant impact across our EMEA footprint.
We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our EMEA Work Dynamics marketing team:
1. A senior marketing expert with a proven track record of growing B2B brands, able to influence key stakeholders on best marketing practice and deliver against business and sales objectives.
2. A laser focus on the client/audience and can turn that focus into compelling campaigns that get through in a crowded market.
3. Can you evolve and build new client-facing value propositions that can help us differentiate in the market?
4. Can you deliver multi-channel marketing strategies with confidence and allocate marketing budgets to drive revenue growth?
5. Do you enjoy working with teams and leading them through change and developing their capabilities?
6. Can you integrate marketing platforms into the sales process – using data intelligently and effectively to create BD opportunities?
The Head of Marketing will drive all marketing activity across the region, from articulating how our products benefit businesses via product marketing collateral to segmented B2B campaigns targeting sector specific enterprises who need advice on their carbon footprint or employee engagement. It will involve you working with our client-facing teams to help them be part of our marketing evolution. It will require you to motivate both stakeholders in the business and in other parts of the marketing organization to try new things, learn and adapt. It requires you to bring together our marketing teams across EMEA to think through the buyer journey and apply relevant local tactics to engage them. As a global company who targets buyers across the world, you’ll also need to work with and influence stakeholders in our Americas and APAC division.
You will be a hands-on communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of a growing business. You will be able to manage multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring your organizational style enables you to plan and deliver with impact across multiple markets. What your day-to-day will look like:
You will be responsible for the EMEA Enterprise marketing strategy, activities and budget. You will work across our Global and Americas marketing teams to ensure we create tools and platforms fit for both our enterprise business lines and our global brand.
What this job involves:
1. Align the annual marketing strategy with our business plans.
2. Identify buying audiences, their path to purchase, build insights and use them to create compelling value propositions across all our residential markets and channels.
3. Create Enterprise brand offerings that link into the broader JLL brand and purpose and compel Enterprise customers and clients to choose JLL.
4. Ownership and management of product marketing campaigns across all sales channels for Corporate Solutions.
5. Build new channels to those audiences and lead the development of content that will engage the client and build our relationship with them.
6. Delivery of multi-channel brand and product selling campaigns, positioning JLL as Enterprise expert.
7. Leveraging the data from our marketing platform to drive more sales productivity.
8. Championing an Enterprise mindset and omni-channel consistency across all customer touch-points.
9. Leverage the latest technology to ensure productivity and efficiency across our business (marketing automation, self-service tools, turn key campaigns).
10. Forecast, justify, own and manage the budget and link that to growth objectives.
11. Set, monitor and report on marketing strategy.
12. Participate in the quarterly presentations and run monthly planning meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrable experience of partnering with sales teams to run successful demand generation campaigns.
* Comfortable with planning and optimizing paid campaigns (based on engagement metrics and KPIs).
* Successful in a number of B2B / sector segments.
* Proven leadership experience.
* Proven track record of working in and with technology platforms to enable brand and sales development.
* Ability to integrate global campaigns with local initiatives – e.g. sustainability theme.
* Proven track record of working across multiple markets and regions.
* Ability to segment the market and build insights and plans based on that buyer segmentation.
* Confidently communicate with senior business stakeholders and clients.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment across multiple countries.
* Keeps abreast of marketing trends and news and knows how to leverage marketing automation and self-service tools.
* Consultative in identifying business needs and presenting strategic solutions.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Demonstrates proactive approach to problem solving.
* A passion for content, tech savvy, creative and an eye for detail.
* The confidence to challenge the norm.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge or previous experience working in Real Estate is beneficial.
