An opportunity has arisen for an ICT Engineer to join our IT & Systems team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable team member with a passion for IT. The role will provide technical support and advice to all users of the company’s IT & communications infrastructure, services and systems to ensure any operational problems or queries are logged, diagnosed and resolved as quickly as possible. What you will do: Provide frontline support as part of the company’s Helpdesk facility to provide real-time telephone, email and face-to-face technical support to all users Escalating support calls to further internal support or external support providers Assist in maintaining the company’s IT and Systems infrastructure, in all offices throughout the region, by remote access communications or in-person Deploying, managing and maintaining all IT assets (hardware and software) to help ensure constant, secure user access to all IT systems and desktop applications Assisting in the upkeep of IT hardware and software records by following IT audit procedures Support of all electronic office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, card payment devices and video-conferencing systems Providing assistance and technical knowledge to aid implementation of new systems and company projects Experience and Skills you need: 1-2 years' experience as part of an IT support or helpdesk team is desired Excellent customer service skills Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Ability to work independently and demonstrate an enthusiasm for solution-finding An understanding of Project Management or process-mapping would be advantageous Ability to drive between Coodes offices on occasion, therefore a current driving license is required You will love this role if: Enjoy problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office & 365 including Microsoft Teams Proficient in Windows operating systems including Windows 11 Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Active Directory and SQL would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given You will be a success if: Have a strong passion for IT and desire to learn new technology Full systems and business training will be provided as part of our extensive onboarding and induction process.
