£17.12ph increasing to £17.49 per hour after 12 weeks
20 hours over 2 or 3 days (Wed, Thurs and Fridays)
09.00am to 17.00pm

Our client BCP Council is seeking HR ADVISOR (Part Time) to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. You must have own transport and live within 15 miles of BH2 6DY so you can attend meeting across various BCP sites at short notice. Working across shared services to deliver a professional and consistent employee relations service.
1. Proactively manage and deliver employee relations casework
2. Provide professional advice on all aspects of employee relations including absence management, grievance, disciplinary and performance management, escalating casework where appropriate
3. Work closely with other HR colleagues and across services to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with Trade Unions to resolve individual cases and effective consultation on people related solutions
5. Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
6. Coach, train and develop managers in good practice employee relations knowledge & skills
Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
7. Qualified CIPD
8. Previous experience of working within a Human Resources office environment
9. High level of resilience
10. Emotional Intelligence
Candidates must hold:
11. Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
