Landmarc Support Services currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Area Supervisor to join the team at Lulworth Camp in Dorset.
In this role you will work on the Defence Training Estate, providing confidence to the employer through effective service delivery within your specialist area of Training Area and Ranges and meeting customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of a team, including (but not limited to) performance, attendance, behaviour, capability and welfare
* Monitor training area usage and ensure facilities are fit for purpose
* Deliver maintenance tasks on the Defence Training Estate
* Manage contractors, and oversee reactive and planned work
* Ensure health and safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate records
* Promote continuous improvement and environmental best practices
* Carry out additional tasks in support of your team
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in line management and customer communication
* Knowledge of Landscape Maintenance
* Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Working Practices
* Knowledge of workload scheduling and work order processes
* Strong IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft packages and bespoke off the shelf software packages
* Knowledge of health and safety (COSHH, manual handling, IOSH Managing Safely)
* Full UK Driving Licence required to carry out the duties of this role
