About the Role
We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Commercial Director / VP of Sales to join our team at iO-Sphere. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading our B2B sales function, driving revenue growth, and developing a market-leading sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performing B2B sales team, focusing on process improvement and scale.
2. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, influencing the product roadmap and driving revenue growth.
3. Use data to inform decision-making, reporting on team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
4. Create supporting materials to launch new products and drive market adoption.
Requirements
1. At least 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team in technology/SaaS or education sales.
2. Proven track record of managing full sales cycles, including deal types, sizes, and client sizes.
3. Passion for sales best practices and a drive to create a market-leading team.
4. Familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy in the UK is an asset, but not required.
5. Fluent written and spoken English.
