We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-driven Sales Assistant to join our boutique team and deliver exceptional customer service. If you are passionate about luxury retail and have an eye for fine craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, personalised welcome to every customer.
* Provide expert guidance on SageBrown’s handcrafted leather goods, helping clients choose the perfect products.
* Drive sales by exceeding customer expectations and offering exceptional service.
* Assist customers with personalisation services (embossing & engraving).
* Build long-term relationships with SageBrown’s high-end clientele.
* Keep client records updated for personalised follow-ups.
* Engage with VIP customers and repeat buyers, ensuring outstanding shopping experiences.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
* Maintain the boutique’s immaculate presentation and atmosphere.
* Process transactions accurately and manage daily store operations.
* Ensure the shop floor is beautifully curated and products are elegantly displayed.
* Assist in managing stock levels and inventory.
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding SageBrown’s luxury image.
* Participate in exclusive in-store events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably luxury leather goods, fashion, or accessories).
* Passion for craftsmanship and luxury retail.
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth clients.
* A polished, professional appearance with a warm and confident presence.
* Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive in a boutique retail environment.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak shopping seasons.
