Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence and compliance? Join our dynamic Estates and Facilities team as a Compliance Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards across our state-of-the-art campus facilities.
About the Role:
As our Compliance Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our compliance co-ordination, ensuring all documentation is meticulously processed, logged, and stored using our CAFM system or other databases. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain compliance in all aspects of our facilities' operations, from electrical inspections to waste management. This role is key to ensuring our cutting-edge campus operates seamlessly and adheres to the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Management: Oversee the compliance system, ensuring all documentation, including inspections, permits, and certificates, is processed and stored correctly.
2. Collaboration: Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks, raising corrective actions where necessary.
3. Facilities Regulations: Support the team in ensuring adherence to regulations, including Legionella, Asbestos, Insurance Inspections, and CDM.
4. Contractor and Supplier Management: Maintain up-to-date records for contractors and suppliers, including insurance certificates and RAMS.
5. Auditing and Reporting: Develop internal auditing policies, create compliance reports, and assist during external audits.
6. Support and Flexibility: Act as a departmental facilities account manager where it relates to compliance activities.
What You’ll Bring:
