We are looking to recruit a National Business Development Manager for our UK Care & Hospital team. Working with the Hospitals, Trusts and Care Home Facilities, you will be tasked with building our presence within these markets. The role is remote-based with a national territory; occasional office presence will be required at our head office in Poole, Dorset.
Utilising a consultative sales approach you will identify new business opportunities, work with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, and match them to our product portfolio. There will also be a responsibility to build contact networks across the entire decision-making tree within the larger trusts and groups.
You will be expected to be dedicated to target achievement and consistently demonstrate a self-disciplined approach to your activity and customer interaction. Above all, you will be a hunter and closer.
Able to adapt your approach as necessary, you will be able to demonstrate the benefits of the ‘Solutions’ offered by DDC Dolphin.
Experience:
* Strong sales experience, focused mainly on new business generation.
* Target-driven.
* Able to deliver a high level of productivity whilst working remotely.
* Experience selling and presenting to all levels of decision makers.
* Proven success in previous BDM roles.
* Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
Sales Ability:
* Identify new opportunities, develop relations with key stakeholders, and close based on the requirements of the client whilst supporting the DDC business goals.
* Takes personal responsibility and accountability for achieving sales targets and results.
* Develop & maintain a healthy sales pipeline in line with targets and strategy.
* Attend conferences and networking events to build relationships with key contacts and organisations.
Skills:

* Have good knowledge about sales procedures and product services.
