Service Advisor - Main Dealer, Hedge End
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious Main Dealer in Hedge End. If you are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and have a background in the automotive sector, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Information:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
1 in 8 Saturdays - a rare advantage in the automotive industry
Salary between £28,000 to £32,000, with bonuses and overtime
OTE of £35,000 to £38,000Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their vehicle service and repair needs
Provide accurate information on service timelines, costs, and additional work required
Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle status, and follow-up requirements
Upsell additional services and products, contributing to department revenue
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of professional service at all timesRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
IT literacy, including experience with dealership management software (Kerridge, Pinnacle, etc.)
