Integration Analyst
Liverpool (Hybrid working)
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and managing integration requirements, particularly in finance and enterprise systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow between various applications, systems, and external partners, as well as leveraging low-code/no-code solutions to streamline integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Work with finance teams to support financial system integrations and data reconciliation processes.
* Analyse existing integrations and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
* Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to develop and manage integration workflows without heavy coding.
* Document integration processes, business rules, and data mappings for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and IT teams to facilitate efficient system interactions.
* Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and company standards.
* Provide support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
* Evaluate and recommend integration tools and platforms to enhance business operations.
Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of experience in system integration, business analysis, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, data transformation, and ETL processes.
* Experience working with finance systems and understanding finance integration requirements.
* Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate integration requirements and propose effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools is a plus.
* Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
Working Arrangements:
