Job Title: Management and Team Leading Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home / Field based – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience and delivery levels)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
* Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leader Supervisor (Level 3), and Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5) – if competent to do so.
* Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
* Conduct study group and 1-1 sessions (online and face to face) with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal/professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.
* Record professional discussions on specific units/topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
* Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Criteria:
* Must hold strong competency at Management level.
* Must be a qualified Assessor with experience of delivering full Apprenticeships (standards or previously frameworks) in Team Leading and/or Leadership and Management / ODM at Level 5 (delivery experience does not need to be current, but ideally within the last 2-3 years).
* Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
* Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
