The role’s primary focus will be on selling their unique offering to C-level execs at leading investment managers across public & private markets.
They are looking for someone who will be an entrepreneurial partner in building out their business and assist with creating and selling new product lines.
The role requires : Strong network of Fund Manager C-Suite contacts.
Excellent understanding of the Institutional fund management space.
Comfortable, confident and credible in front of “C-Suite” clients – whether that’s the head of sales for a PE firm or the actual CEO of an asset management company.
Gravitas and credibility are absolute necessities.
Need to be able to balance tenacity and “hunger” while developing strong relationships with individuals who have many demands on their time Entrepreneurial – someone who is keen to go to the market, listen closely to clients and help the business design products exactly aligned to the needs they’re hearing.
Skilled consultative sales person a must – there are a number of products to sell and looking for someone who can listen first; then strategically and appropriately pitch.
Critical that the successful candidate can challenge the existing sales team (in a good natured, team-oriented way)
