They're looking for multiple Tools Programmers to join their collaborative and friendly code team.
As a Tools Programmer, you will be primarily responsible for the reliable delivery of best-in-class tools, pushing for quality at every opportunity to ensure that colleagues from all disciplines have what they need to do their work to the best of their ability.
Key Duties Include:
Work closely with all content teams to ensure they have the tools needed, and actively identify areas of improvement
Be aware of risks impacting your team and the wider project, and actively mitigate them
Pro-actively seek opportunities to improve the quality of everything the studio does
Actively take part in and encourage our collaborative and creative team spirit
Requirements:
Experience working as a Tools Programmer on one or more AAA titles
In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine
Passion for tools development and improving the working environment of others
Solid understanding of code architecture best practices
Passion for gaming and game development

This role is hybrid, three days in the Leamington Spa studio, salary to between £45,000 - £70,000 DOE
