Job Description Summary
As a Lead Integrator, you’ll own the delivery of a key component on one of the largest transformation programmes of a UK Retail Loans Business, working for the Loans and Affordability Platform who deliver market leading personalised propositions and associated data products, working closely with internal and external partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to transform the Loans business, allowing LBG to maintain our market position and continue to grow the Loans business. We are looking at transforming our Loans business by bringing the operation in-house, simplifying our product offering, and transforming our technology and processes. This will encompass 3 streams of work:
1. Set up a front book (Day 1 non-complex and Day 2 complex customers), to allow the acquisition of business.
2. Migration of existing customers (Day 3) with no customer impact.
3. Decommissioning of existing supplier, technology and processes.
The Loans business will use Thought Machine Vault as the new core platform.

Responsibilities for the role:
* Develop the sequence and own the delivery for the Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3 scope for the single largest transformation programme in UK Retail loans history. Working in collaboration with the PO and Senior Tech Lead to plan and execute the backlog for the programme.
* Establish pivotal integration points across teams and platforms and effectively manage the relationships.
* Collaborate with platform leadership and product owner teams to plan and prioritise integration-related tasks.
* Proactively identify critical risks to delivery and instigate recovery action with appropriate senior stakeholders.
* Act as a key escalation point to resolve blockers and work with platform leadership to resolve interlock challenges.
* Act as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.
* Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
What you'll need
* Experience of conducting large customer migration programmes across new to bank technologies and acting as an interface between technology and business teams, both operational and change related.
* Agile Methodology & Tools - Experience managing complex change within a business area through experience of working on large transformation programmes with agile teams.
* Experience building excitement around agile ways of working. Helping to stand up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice, and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required.
* Solid experience improving stakeholder relationships to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes. Managing conflicting priorities by facilitating discussion and resolution, persuading stakeholders to consider alternative views.
* Experience communicating regular updates to key stakeholders and resolving high priority issues affecting delivery. Using experience to manage critical risks/issues/dependencies, taking ownership for critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.
* Influence positively - demonstrating the right values and behaviours while encouraging this within your team members.
