This role involves providing personalized assistance to help the child thrive academically and socially. Requirements: The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require; Have a releveant Level 3 teaching assistant qualification Have experience in a KS1 classroom Providing one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special educational needs, ensuring they understand the material and remain engaged. Observing and assessing student progress in both academic and social areas, providing feedback to the teacher on individual progress and any concerns. Supporting students in developing independence in their learning and daily activities, fostering self-confidence.
