Job Description
As a Workforce Planning Lead your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
* Identify gaps in workforce capabilities and propose solutions.
* Monitor workforce trends and provide appropriate recommendations.
* Collaborate with various department leaders to align workforce plans with organisational goals.
* Lead change management initiatives related to workforce planning.
* Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the workforce.
* Prepare regular reports on workforce planning activities and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Workforce Planning Lead' should have:
* Proven experience in workforce planning ideally within a public sector and government environment.
* Ideally experience with contact centre/customer service departments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and workforce analytics tools.
* Sound understanding of public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
